Privacy

Vector Ascend (“we”) is an enterprise technical advisory practice operated by Pradeep K. Niranjan. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is protected.

Engagement confidentiality

Architecture reviews, system diagrams, commercial context and anything discussed in an advisory session is treated as confidential. Content is not shared with third parties unless you authorize it, or we are legally required to disclose it.

Information we collect

• Name, email address and phone number you provide when booking or contacting us.
• Your chosen swimlane, engagement type, preferred date and time slot.
• Billing country and the payment reference returned by our payment providers.
• Messages you send through the contact form.

Payments

Card and banking details are never seen or stored by us. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, with Stripe (international) and Razorpay (India) as fallback processors, who handle payment data under their own privacy terms. We store only the transaction reference and status.

Scheduling and calendars

Confirmed sessions are scheduled through Calendly, which creates a calendar invitation and video link for you and for Pradeep. Your name, email and chosen time are shared with that service for this purpose.

Email

We send booking confirmations, session reminders and replies to your enquiries. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link.

Retention and your rights

Booking and billing records are kept while they are needed for accounting and continuity of advisory work. You may ask at any time for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to concierge@vectordascend.com.
